🍲 Nigerian Egusi Soup

  • Ground egusi (melon seeds)

  • Palm oil

  • Meat (beef, tripe, etc.)

  • Stockfish/

  • dried fish (optional)

  • Crayfish (ground)

  • Seasoning cubes,

  • Onions

  • Leafy veg (ugu, spinach, or bitterleaf)

  • Water or meat stock
